Abstrakt

Eschatology reflections of Ratzinger based on the doctrine of Catholic Church which means needy to explain the truth about Heaven, Purgatory and Hell. This article clarifies the understanding of these three categories that reflect the truth about the perspective after death understood not in a reistic way but in personal relationships or their lack.

REV. ANDRZEJ PRONIEWSKI – is a priest of the Archdiocese of Białystok and Professor and Director of the Department of Catholic Theology at the University of Białystok; Director of the Theology Studium in Białystok; and Editor of the Annual of Catholic Theology and Studies on Dogmatic Theology. His research focuses on dogmatic theology, hermeneutics, anthropology, the theology of suffering, the theology of Karl Rahner, the theology of Ratzinger/Benedict XVI, ecology, and interreligious dialogue.
